





Established over six years now Indulge is a modern continentally influenced deli bar offering very high quality sandwiches, soups, baked potatoes and salads for eating in or taking away, and trendy and innovative dry goods. Also, offering Italian coffees, fresh juices and healthy smoothies in a clean, modern, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Having won national recognition and awards (see below) the deli bar has become firmly established on the local dining circuit whether it be for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee and cake.

The pair behind the new venture are no strangers to high standards in both food, drink and service, as Chris Mills and business partner Paul Oliver honed their skills in some of the area's top restaurants.
Chris, who was most recently head chef at Villu Toots restaurant and has trained under Michelin Star rated chef Simon Gueller, said: "From my very first days in catering I knew one day I wanted my own business and Indulge is it. And with Paul I have a business partner who is in tune to not only my way of thinking, but also the customers' needs.
I met Paul when we worked at the Balmoral Hotel, and both of us share a common love of good food and great service. With his hotel and restaurant management experience and my culinary background, I can't think of a better suited business pairing in the regional catering world.
