Indulge, at 51 Station Parade, is a deli bar with a difference, which has succeeded in its promise to deliver to customers what they want when they want it to a standard not seen before.
The pair behind the venture are no strangers to high standards in both food, drink and service, as Chris Mills and business partner Paul Oliver honed their skills in some of the area's top restaurants.
Chris, who was previously head chef at Villu Toots restaurant and has trained under Michelin Star rated chef Simon Gueller, said: "From my very first days in catering I knew one day I wanted my own business and Indulge is it. And with Paul I have a business partner who is in tune to not only my way of thinking, but also the customers' needs.
"I met Paul when we worked at the Balmoral Hotel, and both of us share a common love of good food and great service. With his hotel and restaurant management experience and my culinary background, I can't think of a better suited business pairing in the regional catering world.
The food provided by Indulge helped to make our event memorable. They provided a very imaginative cold buffet that attracted a considerable number of favourable comments from guests, including members of Bettys board of directors - surely the highest of accolades!
